This is five packs of Wilton cookie cutters as pictured.  There is one package of blue Sea Friends cookie cutters, one pack of green Dinosaur cookie cutters, one pack of purple Puppy Pals cookie cutters, one pack of yellow Baby Things cookie cutters, and one pack of orange Sports cookie cutters.  The Sports cookie cutters are opened with the cardboard detached.  None of the cookie cutters have been used.  Shipping and handling is included and I package carefully.  I ship within 3 days of receiving payment.  I only ship to the contiguous US.  Ebay payments accepted.  Thank you.
