Solo Operation & Processing: Please keep in mind that this is a completely solo operation?I handle all the printing, packing, and shipping myself, so things do take a bit of time. Because I am only human running this whole show, mistakes can occasionally happen. If there is ever an issue with your order, just message me and I promise I will do my absolute best to fix it and make things right as quickly as possible!

Sizing Details: All ducks will be printed at a minimum height of 85mm to 90mm (which is approximately 3.3 to 3.5 inches). For all other non-duck items, please check the specific item title or photos for exact sizing measurements.

Upgraded Quality & 3D Printed Nature: Moving forward, all items are now being printed at a much higher quality standard. Because these are custom 3D-printed rigid collectibles, you will see and feel subtle layer lines on the surface. Please remember that 3D printing is not perfect-minor cosmetic flaws can happen, particularly on the bottom or back areas where temporary supports had to attach during printing. This is completely normal and standard for the process!

Important Heat Warning (PLA Plastic): These items are printed using PLA plastic. While they are perfect for displays, desks, and collections, I do not recommend leaving them inside a locked vehicle during extreme heat or direct summer sunlight. Extreme temperatures inside a car can cause PLA plastic to soften, warp, or deform.

Made to Order: All items are printed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you receive an offer from me, your item is either already on the printer or queued up to start next. I operate a fleet of 6 printers running 24/7 to get orders out as fast as I can, but quality takes time.

Multi-Color Notice: If you order an item with multiple color changes, please keep in mind that the printing process becomes highly complex and takes significantly longer to finish.

Cancellation & Return Policy: Once a print has physically started on the machine, I cannot cancel the order due to committed materials. I do not accept returns. In the rare event that a return is approved for an exceptional reason, the buyer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
