Payment & Shipping Terms – Please Read Before Bidding

Payment Instructions

• One Invoice, One Payment, One Shipment:
  Once all auctions you’re bidding on have ended, we’ll send you a single combined invoice that includes all your winning items.

• Up to 5 Days to Pay:
  You can wait up to 5 days to make your payment. This allows you time to win multiple items and take advantage of combined shipping.

• Please DO NOT pay item-by-item if you're still bidding. We prefer to process everything in one transaction — it helps us keep things organized and ensures a smoother experience for you.

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All Items Ship Together:
No matter how you pay, all your purchases will be shipped in one package to save on shipping costs. Please do not pay until you finish bedding, and make only one payment for all items. to receive combined shipping, please wait for us to send an invoice before paying.  

Handling Time:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after we receive your payment.

International Combined Shipping

International buyers enjoy discounted combined shipping:

• $2.50 for the first item

• $0.10 for each additional item (up to 40 items)

• After 40 items, the pattern repeats: $2.50 for the next 1st item + $0.10 for each additional. if you prefer your item to be sent with a tracking number we please inform us before paying your invoice so that we can add the fee to it.

 Important Note: We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in shipment that do not have tracking numbers. If you want your us to add tracking please let us know once your bidding ends otherwise it will be shipped regularly.

 Feedback Policy

We truly appreciate your business and want to acknowledge every purchase:

• If you pay item-by-item, we may only be able to leave one feedback for the entire group.

• If you pay in one combined transaction, we’ll leave positive feedback for each item purchased.
