You're looking at an Atlas N scale Conrail GP-7 #5863, stock #48209.  This is in new/old stock condition, and comes to us from the donation of a deceased hobby retailer.  The video clip shows it running on my test track, and it comes with old Rapido couplers.  Check out the images, and be sure to click on them to see the enlargements.
