Postage:
I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. For Australia this can be sent out via a cheaper method and that is as a large letter. However, this method does NOT have tracking; if this then gets lost in transit or stolen there's nothing that can be done about it (we do not recommend this option) BUT, if you are OK with this, then fine on our side, otherwise select $9.70 via Australia Post for postage and this will be sent out with tracking.
I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.
Pickups:
So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.
Refunds:
As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.
I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one
I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item
I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it
All returns / refunds will be on a case by case basis
The Australian Consumer Law does not apply when you buy from a private seller. The seller may also have their own refunds and returns policy with additional rights.
