This slim commercial ceiling mounted MVHR unit provides balanced supply and extract ventilation for offices, schools, retail spaces and commercial fit out projects. It combines fresh air ventilation, heat recovery and a compact design for buildings where ceiling void space is limited.
Stale indoor air is extracted while fresh, filtered outdoor air is supplied to occupied areas. Heat from the outgoing extract air is recovered through a durable polymer counter flow heat exchanger before the extract air is discharged outside.
With heat recovery efficiency of up to 88%, the system helps reduce wasted heat while supporting indoor air quality and energy efficient ventilation. Its 318 mm casing height allows discreet installation above suspended ceilings without using valuable floor or plantroom space.
The unit can be configured with either left hand or right hand service access. This allows contractors, consultants and facilities teams to select the most practical orientation around duct routes, walls, ceiling grids, lighting, cable trays and other building services.
Selecting the correct access side helps maintain convenient access for filter changes, commissioning, inspection and future maintenance.
Airflow of up to 1,030 m³/h and pressure of up to 500 Pa make the system suitable for longer duct runs, multiple grilles and more complex commercial ventilation layouts. Low energy EC fans provide efficient, controllable and quiet operation for continuous ventilation in occupied spaces.
Built in Modbus RTU enables connection to compatible Building Management Systems, supporting ventilation monitoring, schedules and wider building management strategies.
The ultra slim 318 mm casing provides a practical heat recovery ventilation solution for restricted commercial ceiling voids. Equipment can be positioned above suspended ceilings while remaining accessible for routine servicing.
Up to 88% heat recovery helps retain heat that would otherwise be lost through extract ventilation. Combined with low energy EC fans, this supports efficient continuous ventilation without unnecessary running costs or excessive background noise.
Left hand and right hand access options provide greater flexibility during system design and installation. Correct orientation can simplify future filter replacement, inspection and maintenance for contractors and facilities teams.
Modbus RTU compatibility also allows the ventilation system to form part of a wider BMS controlled building strategy where energy use, air quality and system visibility are important.
This ceiling mounted MVHR solution is intended for occupied commercial buildings requiring balanced fresh air supply, extract ventilation and heat recovery. Typical locations include offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, retail environments and other commercial spaces.
Its low profile construction is particularly suited to commercial refurbishments, new build fit out schemes and suspended ceiling installations where available service space is restricted.
The unit is available with either left hand or right hand service access. Left hand access should be selected where servicing and filter access are required from the left side. Right hand access should be selected where filters, controls and maintenance points need to be reached from the right side.
Service orientation should be considered during ceiling void planning alongside ductwork, walls, lighting, ceiling grids, cable trays and other building services. Correct selection helps maintain suitable access for commissioning, routine filter changes and future inspection.
The 318 mm slimline casing is designed for installation above suspended ceilings. Maximum airflow is up to 1,030 m³/h, maximum pressure is up to 500 Pa and heat recovery efficiency is up to 88%.
Heat recovery is provided by a polymer counter flow core with separated air streams. Low energy EC fans provide supply and extract airflow, while built in Modbus RTU allows connection to compatible Building Management Systems for control and monitoring.
