Traditional English sterling silver salver, 1953. Serpentine and gadrooned rim; three claw-and-ball feet. A nice bit of Georgian from the dawn of the new Elizabethan age. Marks include Elizabeth II coronation stamp as well as maker's stamp (Garrard), Regent Street retailer's stamp (same), and assay stamp (Sheffield).
