This card spins to life but does not output any video. There were some spots on the PCB that appeared to have had something spill on it by the previous owner. Not sure if that is the cause but want to be transparent. I changed the thermal paste. Overall looks fairly clean but again it does not give an output. Buy if you know how to repair/troubleshoot graphics cards
