Shipping

Economy Shipping ( Cpass・Japan Post ): At our store, we utilize Economy Shipping to keep costs low. The estimated delivery time is 11 to 23 days after shipment. While it may take some time for your order to arrive, please rest assured that we will carefully monitor its progress until it safely reaches you.

Express Shipping ( FedEx, DHL ): Packages arrive about 3 days after shipment.

We will ship after inspection. We cannot ship during Japanese holiday periods.
Please note that we do not accept claims for delays due to shipping company problems, weather, etc.
*For FedEx / DHL shipping item, a person residing in the remote area will have to pay an additional shipping fee.
Therefore, please make sure if your area is a remote area or not before making a purchase. If you don't know how, feel to contact us.

International Buyers

If the cancellation is due to the buyer, we will charge you for additional shipping.
