Description:

This TEAM SET of eight cards includes Jim Kelly's FIRST Buffalo Bills trading card which is considered his rookie Bills card (after the two cards that came out in 1984 and 1985 with him playing in the USFL).

There are TONS of his regular 1987 Topps cards on eBay.

These were given out by the Erie/Niagara Sheriff's Department and there are VERY FEW of these for sale today (look on eBay yourself to see all of the Topps ones out there which this is NOT).

This Police issue is much scarcer since this is the ONLY one on eBay at the time of this listing.

These cards were sponsored by Louis Rich, Claussen and WBEN radio 930. 

These cards also have "Tips from the Sheriff" on the back where the players give advise about not using drugs or alcohol.

The corners are sharp and the edges are clean on these cards.
