I have NO knowledge of the item other than what the pictures & tag reveals.  

Obtained from a business owner (who has since passed) having closed his business years prior.  

Item had been sitting on shelving among many others, unused old stock, most new in sealed boxes.

It is common and reasonable to expect that original packing of vintage items are NOT pristine, will be found to have evidence of age, imperfections, being used and stored.
