Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days from our Hong Kong shipping Center directly, it takes 2-4 business days to deliver to USA. We also prepay all Custom Taxes and Tariffs for all USA customers.
Shipping is handled via UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on destination.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
For US buyers, all import duties and taxes are covered by us.
For international buyers, customs clearance, duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions.
Returned items must be in original condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Returns missing components or with damaged packaging may be refused or subject to deduction.
For non-defective returns, a minimum deduction of 30% will apply.
Depending on the condition, up to 50% may be deducted.
Devices must be factory reset and all accounts removed before return.
Locked devices or incomplete returns will not qualify for a refund.
All devices are recorded by IMEI and serial number prior to shipment.
If the returned item does not match the original device, no refund will be issued and the case will be reported to eBay.
