This is an antique pair of Lemaire Fabt Paris binoculars, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century.
The text visible on the eyepiece reads "L. PETIT FABT PARIS".
They are made of brass and with a leather covering. They have a great patina. There looks like there was a small welding repair done on bracket (see picture), but it doesn’t affect the glasses. All moving parts move freely and focus on various objects in the distance.
These types of binoculars were often used as opera glasses or for military purposes during eras such as WWI.
