This is a 1983 Mattel, Inc. The Farmer Says "See 'N ay" Spinning String Pull Toy. This item is in good condition with normal wear and tear. There are as few stains/dirty spots to the front display sticker. On the left side there is sticker residue, there are colored marks all along the bottom back.
