This is a vintage Westclox “Celestial” paperweight desk clock produced in the United States circa the 1930s–1940s. This model features a striking Art Deco design with a deep blue outer-space background decorated with stars, a central globe of the Earth, and a crescent moon motif. The outer bezel displays Roman numerals, and this style is widely associated with early Westclox bakelite novelty desk clocks.

The clock is a mechanical wind-up example with a 30-hour movement. The back is marked Westclox and stamped “Patented U.S.A.” with patent numbers visible.
