Range: 0-50km/h, parameter 50 means no speed limit.
Non-communication state (panel control): When the current speed exceeds the speed limit, the PWM output be turned off; when the current vehicle speed is lower than the speed limit, the PWM output be activated, and the driving speed be set to the current speed ± 1km/h (only for auxiliary power vehicle speed, not for handlebar speed).
Communication status (controller control): The driving speed remain constant at the limit value.
Error value: ±1km/h (both power assist and handlebar speed apply)
