Please read and note the following conditions of sale:
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & CONDITION
The pieces featured in this sale are used and pre-owned and sold AS IS and payment is due within (4) days of sale or risk cancellation (even though eBay may allow up to 7 days to make payment). The pieces are in mostly “good” condition and may show some expected signs of wear and tear due to their age and some may need some light cleaning upon may arrival. It is not believed that any of these pieces have come from a smoker’s home. High resolution photos are provided for each listing, and you are encouraged to enlarge the photos for a detailed viewing of each piece that you are interested in BEFORE choosing to place a bid. I am more than happy to answer any questions that you might have before each sale ends and endeavor to provide a quick reply. While I aim to provide as honest and as detailed a description as possible, I hold no guarantee with respect to value, origin, condition, or measurement. Significant imperfections are noted, and all measurements are approximate. Actual colors vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and viewers may see these colors differently. Every attempt is made to create photos that are as close to actual color as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. Remember: dollhouse miniatures very small parts and are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Your bid is your contract to buy, and all sales are final. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN (4) DAYS OF WIN (eBay may allow for more time but I need to get orders out quickly so I can move onto next auction!). Order cancellation after this time is at my discretion. Please try and pay for your wins as soon as possible as I aim to pack and ship all orders within the first few days after a sale but no later than (4) days after receiving payment. Delinquent shoppers who do not provide payment will be blocked from shopping future sales. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly via eBay to resolve any issues before approaching eBay, I’m quite open to working with you to make a satisfied customer! You’ll notice I have virtually a 100% positive rate, and I love to work with my customers to keep it that way!
I combine shipments and provide shipping refunds on any overage. You can go ahead and pay for multiple wins, and I will refund back the shipping cost difference, or you may request an invoice, and I will send back along with revised invoice with final shipping charges. I handle all of the wrapping and packing of the miniatures myself and at times will add a handling and shipping materials charge to your total shipping cost. I deliver all of the packages to the post office. Insurance is required to be paid by buyer for lots/combined shipments valued over $300 and will be included in your final invoice.
