Vintage L.S. Starrett No. 257-B Surface Gage made in Athol, Massachusetts, USA. Quality machinist precision layout/inspection tool from one of the top names in measuring tools.

Includes original red Starrett box and components shown. Label indicates:

Appears to be in very solid vintage condition with normal cosmetic wear from age/use. Moves and adjusts as it should by hand, but no calibration or precision testing has been performed. Selling as found.
