This is an official commemorative gift set issued directly by the Republic of China Air Force Headquarters (國防部空軍司令部) — not a commercial product, not a reproduction. It was produced to mark two historic milestones simultaneously: the 84th anniversary of the August 14th Air Battle (814 Victory Day, the founding moment of ROCAF air supremacy) and the 80th anniversary of the American Volunteer Group — the legendary Flying Tigers.
