The is the Pikachu EX (Pinkachu) card from the Ascended Heroes set. This English-language card is graded as a BGS 10 by Beckett Grading Services. The only thing keeping this card from the coveted "Black Label" was the centering at a 9.5 subgrade, however, the centering on this one looks very similar to the Black Label copies. Might be regrading candidate!
