This is a Penny French Back Mountain Bear as pictured.  According to the tag this is the Blue Crystal Wizard and is handmade. Item number 5264-09. This is on a heavy wooden stand. It is approximately twenty three inches tall from the base to the top of the hat.  This is a beautiful detailed bear in my opinion. There is also a wizard wand and book of magic. The wand is approximately fifteen and a half inches long not counting the round ball on the end. The ball is not attached and would need to be glued but will also just sit on top of the wand if it is upright.  The ball has uneven edges so I am not sure if this was part of the design or a break.  Edges are smooth so this may be original design.  I think it looks nice as it is.  In my opinion every detail of this piece really looks great!  Shipping and handling is included and I package carefully.  I ship within 3 days of receiving payment.  I only ship to the contiguous US.  Ebay payments accepted.  Thank you.
