Simplicity 9067 contains pattern pieces and instructions to make girls and boys pull-on pants or shorts and hooded top in sizes 7, 8, and 10.  The back of the pattern envelope contains body measurement information.  Pants/shorts have double elastic waistline casing and side seam pockets.  Top has button front placket and drawstring hood.  Pattern pieces have never been cut or used, but pattern envelope has some wear from storage, a store stamp on the front, and some tearing on the front (see photos).
