New.  Item was initially purchased from Marshalls. It has the cardboard box it was shipped in from Marshalls, but box has a good bit of wear. No tags-only cardboard box. This item is the brand Sweet Treats, but again tag is not included.

This bunny is made of resin. Does have some minor imperfections in paint and resin done in manufacturing. See photos as tried to capture most of them.
