Purchased from an outlet store. This item is new but may have a few very minor imperfections. No tags. I tried to capture most if not all imperfections in photos. One little dark line, a slightly darker area on underside. A few little picks in fabric. Has some wrinkles as well from being folded up. Oxford Bedding is on the label as shown. Not sure what exact material this is.

Please note the photo is of the scarf folded in half. When measuring half, it's 54.5" and of course doubling that totals the 109" in length. Measures approx 26" in width
