Metabolics Tri B12 liquid combines an even blend of the three forms of vitamin B12; methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, and hydroxocobalamin. Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are forms of coenzyme and are easily used by the body for quick action, while hydroxocobalamin is used more slowly by the body and provides continuous support due to a longer half-life compared to other forms, resulting in a gradual release and recovery.
