Up for sale is a Welch Allyn Otoscope/Ophthalmoscope in a Bakelite case.

It comes with two heads, one long bulb and two shore bulbs (one is on the unit).

Also it has one long bulb that does not work (see last photo, bad bulb is on the right).

It also comes with two  "D" batteries.
