I work full time for the railroad, and sometimes it gets busy, so we typically ship on Fridays. All of my listings are 10 business days shipping and handling, but items typically go out in less than half that time.  It may take me a day to respond to questions or concerns.  We have a 100% positive feedback rating, because we take care of our customers.  Issues are addressed, rapidly, respectfully and often generously.
