Included Items - Only items specifically noted in the listing are included, please ask prior to purchase if you are not sure if a particular item will come with your purchase. Photos may show items like chargers that were used to power up the device for the pictures but may not be included unless specifically noted in the listing comments.
Shipping Damage – We package all items very securely for transit but if an item should unfortunately arrive damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep all packing material for a possible carrier inspection. If you discard the packing material, we cannot guarantee the carrier will honor the shipping insurance. You may be asked to send photos of all sides of the shipping box (with the shipping label visible) and photos of your purchase in the box showing how it was packed. We take photos of each shipment before sealing the box for reference. Please contact us within 48hrs of delivery as damage claims may not be honored if they exceed the carriers limit for claims or do not provide the information noted above.
Operating systems – if you are buying an older device, they may not be able to be upgraded to the most current operating system supported by the OEM. This may impact your ability to run your chosen application. Please check with the OEM to see if the device can run your chosen application before bidding or purchasing. RePower has no way to know if the device will be able to perform your particular application.
Non-U.S. based customers - If a listing is noted to only be sold in the United States and you have it sent to another country; we are unable to guarantee it will function properly nor be able to help you with return shipping.
Offers – if a listing is accepting offers, they will only be considered if they are submitted via eBay’s offer system and not via messaging.
Batteries – most of the devices we sell are used. If the listing is for a fully functional device and contains a battery, we have only verified it will accept a charge. We do not guarantee any particular battery life in a used device. If we have information on battery health, we will provide it in the listing.
Shipping - depending on the value of the order and/or the location being shipped to, your shipment may be sent ‘signature required’. If you are unable to receive packages requiring a signature, please do not bid on or purchase the listing
Listings ‘for parts / not working’ – if a device is listed ‘for parts / not working’, we will list the issues we found during inspection. That does NOT mean there are no other issues and there is a possibility there are other problems with the device. Please do not bid on these types of listings if you are uncomfortable with this uncertainty.
Returns – for return eligible items, we must receive the item back in the same condition as you received it. This includes any pre-loaded software and if applicable, the device should not have any passwords, locks, or be in any other condition that would prevent the device from being restored for a new user.
