These are two antique vintage Indian wooden lidded spice pots or Sindoor boxes. Each is hand made from wood and hand painted in red lacquer. Each is painted in a unique and original way. These are original pieces from 1950s and are very rustic, signs of age and use but full of character. The lids for tightly making these perfect for storing spices or other small items, these boxes are a unique and authentic piece of history that would make a great addition to any collection or home decor.
