I try my best to pack to protect the item, while at the same time trying not to increase the shipping costs. I also try to be earth friendly so I reuse boxes, envelopes and some packing materials. This helps to reduce costs. If you prefer, for an additional fee, I am willing to accommodate those who want new boxes. **Returns:

All refunded items will be returned 1) carefully and respectfully, with all of the original packaging as sent, 2) with all tags and labels still attached as sent, and 3) unused, in the exact condition as sent. Any item returned otherwise will only receive a partial refund.
