1940-1941 Philco 41-221 Tube Radio Escutcheon Bezel Speaker Grill Kit ARRP049

This is a 3d printed replacement Escutcheon kit for a 1940/41 Philco Model 41-221 AM Tube radio.

It has been CAD designed and 3d printed using PLA+ or PLA filament.

Escutcheon is designed to replace the original Tenite one what is prone to warpage. It is designed in 2 pieces so that if an original lens is not available, a flat piece of thin plexiglass can be used as a replacement lens, (provided).  Lens retainer will need to be glued/superglued in place after finishing.

Escutcheon comes in UNFINISHED form, (sanding and finishing are purchasers’ responsibility).

Items are printed with PLA+ or PLA filament.

As this is an extremely tight fit into the case some sanding may be requires.
