Windows setup instructions:
The computer will boot and go into Windows setup.
If you want to create a local user account (that is, NOT a login connected to a Microsoft account), then do not connect an ethernet cable or connect to wifi at first. (if you do want to connect to a Microsoft account you can plug in ethernet right away).
Select the country and keyboard setup.
At the "connect to network" screen, click "I don't have internet". (not applicable if you want to use a Microsoft account).
Accept licensing agreement.
Setup your name and password.
Now you can plug in the ethernet cable to connect to internet.
Select privacy settings.
Windows will then check for updates and eventually you will see the desktop.
