Authorisation to Open: You are purchasing a sealed product that you are authorising us to open on your behalf during a live broadcast.
Altered Goods Exemption: Once the factory seal is broken live on camera, the item is legally considered "altered" and "personalised" at your specific request. Therefore, returns are NOT accepted under any circumstances once the pack/box is opened.
Sealed Option: If you wish to keep the product sealed, you must message us immediately after purchase and before your turn in the queue.
Not "Gem Mint" Guaranteed: Please note that "Pack Fresh" does not mean "Gem Mint 10." We cannot guarantee that cards coming straight from the factory will be free of print lines, off-centering, or minor manufacturing defects.
No Guarantee of Hits: You are purchasing the contents of the pack/box, whatever they may be. We do not guarantee specific cards, "hits," or high-value pulls. Dissatisfaction with the cards revealed is not a valid reason for a return or an "Item Not As Described" claim.
Combined Postage: If you buy multiple breaks in one stream, we will combine your shipping!
How to Pay: Please pay for your items as you go. We will refund any extra postage paid when we process your order for dispatch (usually the next working day).
Missed Stream: If you are not present during the live stream, your pack will still be opened on camera, and the contents will be shipped to you.
