Please note that pre-owned jewellery is not comparable to brand new retail store items and they may show a certain amount of wear commensurate with a piece's age, such as tarnishing, fading to colour, loose findings (clasps and the like). All major flaws in a piece will be detailed in the description and photographs will be provided. However, minor flaws that are expected with age/wear may not be described, so I encourage you to look closely at the photographs and to message me if you have any questions or would like to see additional pictures of the item.
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
Your item will be shipped within two business days of payment being made using standard Australia Post. Please allow for longer delivery times due to any delays being experienced by Australia Post. All items are sent by tracked post.
Postage prices are set by Australia Post and not me, but I do add 50c for packaging materials.
Combined Shipping is offered so please message me if you have problems setting that up and I will invoice you.
PROBLEMS and RETURNS
If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me directly and I will do my best to resolve the matter with you.
I accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and I will refund the purchase price upon the buyer returning the item to me in the original condition e.g. unopened if packaged. As stated in my refunds policy, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
