This is a 1960's Vintage Oriental Japanese White Kutani Table Lamp
This very large lamp has a Porcelain White vase shape with an ornate decorated surface with intricate detailing and painted decorations of Birds and Oriental flora.
Under is a lacquered wooden base, at the top the lamp has original brass fittings and a new brass BC switched lamp holder.
The lamp is early vintage and dates to the 1960's period.
This is a Large and very heavy vintage lamp made from quality Japanese ceramics.

Wiring is good, the lamp is earthed and works well, wiring is modern. The lamp comes with a new modern switched & earthed brass bulb holder and new cable protection and a modern cord grip.
Condition is good for age. The lamp is free of damage...
Points to Note......
1. The ceramics have a few very small firing imperfections and marks from manufacture that do not spoil.
2. The lamp is heavy solid and is made from good quality ceramics.
3. A few small marks from age and use to the base but no damage.
4. The lamp works well.
