This is a pair of 1963 B $1 Federal Reserve Notes from the Chicago district, 

graded as GEM UNC 65 EPQ by PMG. 

These banknotes are from the United States and have been certified by PMG with certification numbers 2355658-046 and 2355658-047. 

As uncirculated notes with a high grade designation, they are in excellent condition and would be a desirable addition to any collection of small size US paper money.
