Offered here is an old western American 3 piece hand engraved sterling silver Texas ranger style belt buckle set with its attached original hand tooled leather belt. We can see no makers marks on the buckles, but the main buckle was stamped “STERLING”. The main buckle measures 1 5/8” x 1 1/2” and has an opening to be used with belt straps up to 3/4” wide. The keeper also has a 3/4” opening and the tip or end piece has a 5/8” opening. The condition is very nice true vintage showing just minor tarnish, as would be expected on a sterling silver buckle set that is well over 50 years old. The attached leather belt measures 40 inches from tip to tip. It is 1 1/16” wide in its midsections and tapered to 5/8” wide at each end. It also shows minor signs of use, but remains good looking and fully functional. Shipping will be USPS ground advantage package, insured.
