122A0-ZA0-702, good used head from a Honda HT3813 / HT4213. There's two styles of cam in these, but it all interchanges between the heads. If you want one with a threaded hole in the end of the cam to accept a bolt, I have those, or also those with a male threaded cam end to accept a nut. See photos. If you have a preference email me.

These are all good core heads which are suitable for reuse after being checked / surfaced by a machine shop. I do not recommend just bolting one on to use.
