THIS IS THE EARLY STYLE, IT INTERCHANGES WITH THE OTHERS BUT THIS INCLUDES THE BOLT AND WASHER. THIS IS FOR CAM SHAFTS WITHOUT THE MALE THREADED END FOR A BOLT.

Good used condition, a little grim, but nice sprockets and overall good condition, straight and true. Bore and key way in excellent condition. New they are about $75, get this one for a lot less.
