We offer free shipping on all shipments in the U.S. and many countries. Most orders are processed same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12 noon Friday through Sunday evening will ship out on Monday.

If you are in the U.S., you can generally expect your order to arrive 1-3 business days after order is placed. Delivery time can be longer if an item is out of stock. In this case you will be contacted and given the new delivery estimate. An adult signature is required to receive your order. All of our shipments are fully insured.

Canada & International Shipments
Tesori Belli is not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If an item is lost in transit, please reach out to the Tesori Belli team via eBay messages as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary. Tesori Belli is not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, absolutely no sizing or altering of the jewelry in any way can be done in order to be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damage or additional wear. It must be returned with the original interior packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our pieces are inspected and photographed before shipping.

Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), can't be returned.
