Product and Purchase Instructions
We deal in various instruments. Due to eBay listing restrictions, many products in our warehouse are not listed. If you need to purchase more quantities or have special requirements for the product, please contact us directly, and we will adjust the order quantity for you.
For brand-new products, we guarantee the original quality; for second-hand products, there may be slight appearance differences (such as scratches). If you have requirements for the appearance of the product, please contact us in advance to confirm the actual photos of the product.
Transportation and Payment
*** Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance reasons (not available on Sundays and public holidays). We provide flexible and fast shipping options to meet your needs.
*** Payment must be made within 7 working days after the auction closes. After we confirm the payment, we will arrange the shipment within 5 working days.
*** Please note that the price does not include VAT. Customs duties and VAT shall be borne by the buyer.
*** We only ship to eBay-confirmed addresses; no changes to the shipping address are allowed after the order is placed.

SPEEDPAK Logistics to the United States
For all products shipped to the United States via SPEEDPAK: If the package weight ≤ 1.0kg (2.2lb) or the unit price ≤ the specified amount, customs duties are included in the price; for packages exceeding this standard, customs duties shall be borne by the buyer.
Global General Customs Duty Instructions
All orders shipped globally do not include customs duties and VAT. Import customs duties, value-added tax and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. For buyers in Brazil, please ensure that you have the ability to clear customs independently; otherwise, the package may be detained and cannot be delivered normally.
