This is a very nice pair of J.Crew shorts in a Women's size 27.  The size conversion charts say this is a women's size 4.

They are a medium blue color.  They have a cuffed/rolled hem.  

They have the standard 5 pocket design

They are made of 99% Cotton and 1% Elastane, so they do have some stretch to them.  

For sizing purposes:

 - Lying flat they measure about 15 inches across the waist

 - The rise measures from the front is 11 inches

 - The inseam is 3 inches
