The laptop came with Windows 11 Pro Education 64 bit installed and activated. The laptop has been reset to a clean install of Windows, retaining the MS Office 2007 that was on it. You will be able to reset it again to do a fully clean install if you want to get rid of Office. Windows Update says the version of Windows needs to be updated.
Overall, the computer is clean and functions well. The case itself shows signs of slight usage, wear, and tear - mostly just sticker residue - but is in great shape. I bought it used, and it already had the marks on the case. You can see the marks in the pictures.

- The 3.5mm headphone/microphone jack works for sound at least (unable to test a microphone)
- I am unable to test the micro SD card reader or the HDMI connection since I don't have anything to test
The battery has no guarantee, but it seems to hold charge and is in decent shape. I also cannot guarantee any of the equipment that I am unable to test. I have no reason to believe anything on the laptop is not functioning properly, but I cannot tell with some of the equipment that I described above.
