Returns for other reasons (for example, change of mind) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

All items are video recorded during the packing and drop-off process for both your protection and ours.
IMEI / serial numbers are also recorded to prevent item substitution.
Fraudulent returns will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
