SerraGrip 75 - 2pcs 75mm Serrated Gripper Jaw

The SerraGrip 75 is a low profile serrated gripper that offers superior workholding stability during aggressive rough machining compared to traditional smooth jaws. The low-profile design allows for clamping on as little as 2mm of stock, minimising material removal needed in secondary operations. Designed to sit in a 13mm wide slot or pocket and secured with standard M5 fasteners, SerraGrips are easy to integrate into fixture plates, custom pallets, or our standard vice jaw carriers. SerraGrips are available in 25mm, 75mm and 100mm sizes plus our PivotGrip for holding round material. SerraGrips are made from premium A2 tool steel and hardened to 55HRC. The SerraGrips can clamp on plastic, aluminium, brass, titanium and steel up to 35HRC. Hammering or reseating the material after clamping should be avoided as this may damage the grippers teeth.
