Vintage Comme des Garcons Tunic Dress Or Shirt

Fresh from a Dallas estate, comes this long tunic or mini sweater dress designed by Comme des Garcons from the 1990s. 

• The tag reads, "COMME des GARCONS M 100% Rayon Dry Clean Only Made in Japan EN-63016M." It has a 1993 manufacturing date. 
• The is size marked a Medium, but it appears to fit as an Extra Small or Small, and detailed measurements are listed below. 
• The design is a short, tight knit, navy blue sweater dress with long bell sleeves in red, yellow, light blue-green and white paisley chiffon fabric. 
• This dress or top is in fair vintage condition overall with no odors, fading, stains or missing accents. 
• However, there is a rip under the right armpit and small holes in both sleeves. Shown in photos #3, 15-16, 21-24.
