Flower Power Maxi Dress in Navy and Orange

This dress is likely lightweight polyester but there is no fabric tag. Buttons all the way from top to bottom, and hook and eye at waist.  Cuff sleeves close with buttons.  Matching shorts and belt.  Belt has a poorly executed extra hole added but presents well, as pictured.  Discoloration to corner of right cuff.
