I try to represent the items I list as honestly as possible sometimes I can be too critical unintentionally but I do not want you to have any surprises. I try to list every flaw and show them in the photos. If you see something feel free to reach out and ask.
My return policy states no returns. I am saying there are exceptions if I misrepresent any item and you get something that was not represented as shown in photos or description. I have excellent customer service skills if you give me a chance to fix it.
Shipping is quoted by weight, package size and location the price is beyond my control. I apologize in advance if it is unreasonable as I do not set the rates. I do give you several shipping methods to choose from so choose the one that best suits you.
