This watch has original Beautiful Gold plated Higher-Quality movement with Bi-metallic micrometer regulator & blue Breguet
balance spring, also movement is signed serial number: 273412.

face plate of (under the dial) a movement has brand stamp Vacheron & Constantin and serial number: 273412.
This serial number dates this watch 1900-1905 as per published production numbers.
This is a “NAIL SET” watch so you don’t pull the crown out to set the time.
Instead, you press the little button below the crown IN and then move the crown to set the hands, releasing the button once you’re finished.
