Unique Art Mfg. Train Control Tower Speed Controller for Parts. Untested. Not likely to work. The speed control knob is broken and is frozen does not move. Inside looks okay but am not able to test it because I believe it needs a power module to actually work. Looks nice on layout and the finish is in very good condition.
